In the Pioneer Package we learn WHO your ancestors are and DETAILS about their lives. Our clients select a branch of one of their grandparents and we research and professionally report the lives of those ancestors, as far back as can be verified, or to the 3rd great-grandparents of that section of the tree. This package usually traces ancestors into the early 1800s and sometimes into the late 1700s depending on what generation we begin on.

We discover interesting facts, photos, documents such as birth, marriage, death, occupations, locations, military records, and more. In this package we often find veterans of World War II, World War I, Spanish American War, Civil War and War of 1812.

Each ancestor is reported, and a story can be put together of where they lived, who with, what their occupation was, their living status, value of their property, their education level and so much more. We include documents such as WWI and WWII Draft Registrations showing our ancestors employer, their height, weight, hair and eye color, complexion, and even their signatures. We include birth and death certificates showing how they died, as well as photos of their headstones.

We include marriage licenses and certificates which help us put your ancestors story together. We include newspaper articles which include obituaries or sometimes tell the story of forgotten family tragedies. And of course, everyone’s favorite, photos of your ancestors!

Each professionally written genealogy report is broken into sections. The summary of research findings explains overall facts of the family tree, including where they lived, who they were in the community, their occupations, the proven or likely ethnic backgrounds of the ancestors, potential Native American connections, the biggest mysteries found, and any other interesting fact found.

The genealogist comments section gives our genealogist an opportunity to report to you other facts of relevance and insights on your family tree. The report also includes a special section that lists military veterans found, and who they served with.

The client will be provided with this report via email, and many choose to have their report organized into a binder that we will produce and ship to you at our cost. Some choose to get additional binders produced to give to their family members. Many of our clients ask family members to chip in to cover the investment of the project! These binders will definitely become cherished family heirlooms. Binders also come with a thumb drive with all the reports saved on them.
